Nathan Winegar founded Winegar Legal P.C. in 2018, fulfilling his childhood dream of specializing in the interpretation of insurance policy language and the nuances of insurance claims handling rules and regulations. 

Nathan handles matters in California, Oregon, Washington, and Massachusetts. 

Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Nathan has visited 243 of the 431 units of the National Park System.

He is a graduate of Northwestern University and Boston College Law School.
